Shipping & Returns


All Australian domestic orders are shipped via E-Parcel. 
Shipping costs are as follows:
$9.95 for orders within Australia under the value of $80 AUD.
$14.95 for Express Post.
FREE for orders within Australia and valued at $80 AUD or above.
All online orders are processed and shipped via E-Parcel Post with daily Monday - Friday, if your order is placed before 11 am and your items are in stock it will usually be shipped the same day, however please note that this may be prolonged slightly during sale periods, and during the current COVID19 situation.

Domestic: Once shipped deliveries are generally between 1-7 days depending on which state you live in (we ship from Sunbury, VIC)

International: Once shipped deliveries are generally between 7-14 days depending on which country you reside in and what their customs procedure is.
*PLEASE NOTE* Once you have placed your order you cannot make any changes. This includes cancelling or swapping of any sizes or items within your order. Rest assured we do have a flexible returns policy should you receive your order and its not quite right for you.

Returns Policy

We hope you loved your order, but if something wasn’t quite right rest assured you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order! 
The item must be unworn, unwashed and have the tags still attached, or it will not be accepted. Naked Tribe reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender.
All Returns must be accompanied by a returns from which will be shipped with your order, or please email us to request another.
Returns for refund:
  • We offer refunds on full priced items only.
  • Items purchased during any promotions qualify for STORE CREDIT only, this includes FREE SHIPPING promotions.
  • You will be required to cover the postage costs. 
  • Returns are for refund or store credit ONLY. This can be noted on your returns form.
  • Items must be returned in same condition as when received and in the same packaging.

Sale or one-off promotional items.
  • Returns are for store credit ONLY.
  • Return postage is to be covered by You 
Faulty items 
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at within 3 days of receiving your garment to organise return/replacement.
Exchanges - We do not Offer Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not hold for exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product we recommend you purchase the item you would like to secure and we will refund your returned garment once received. 
Processing of returns
Please note that as we're a small team returns are processed once a week, so please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.
You will be refunded by the same method with which you paid, excluding the original shipping charges. All postage costs for refunded items is at the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery method
Please note that we strongly suggest using a postage bag that has a tracking ID as we do not hold responsibility for items that go missing through the post.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit through Australia Post, we cannot accept responsibility. All complaints are to be forwarded directly to Australia Post.
